CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION

The NYSLTA is an accredited provider of continuing legal education in New York State. We offer CLE classes with special attention to title insurance issues.

CORE TITLE SERVICES

In the absence of state mandated requirements, the NYSLTA has taken up the task of providing training and education to title agency employees. Senior title professionals from underwriters and title agency principals have developed a program of Core Title Services education. More than 300 people attended the pilot sessions in 2012.

There are five sessions, one session per month from February to June. The  classes are offered in Nassau and Westchester counties.  NYSLTA members can attend at a discounted rate.

eRECORDING SYMPOSIUM

In December 2012, the NYSLTA presnted the first comprehensive symposium on the electronic record law that took effect on September 24, 2012.  The presentations were recorded and are available for viewing. You may download the video, providing you retain the NYSLTA identification.
