Life of a Mortgage Loan - A Playbook

This course is presented in a highly visual and educational format.  We will take the attendees through the entire life of a mortgage loan, from homeowners buying a home, through closing, post closing and what happens after the loan has closed and is sold on the secondary market.  This is intended to educate all parties on the importance they play in the entire life of the mortgage.  Discussions include secondary market explanation and understanding, GSE's, Title Insurance policies, recordings and some of the hurdles different parties have to overcome in order to continue pushing the loan through all parties towards completion.
