The Executive Committee is the governing body of the NYSLTA.

The Executive Committee meets monthly except for the month of July and it is open to all members.

From the By-laws of the NYSLTA..

 

ARTICLE VII - EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

 

                Section 1. Composition The Executive Committee shall consist of a representative of each Member in the Title Insurance Section and an equal number of Members in the Abstracters and Title Insurance Agents Section. Included within the Executive Committee, and in the determination of the number of Members in each Section, are the President, the President Elect, the immediate Past-President, Treasurer, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Title Insurance Section, and the Chair and Vice Chair of the Abstracters and Title Insurance Agents Section. The remaining Members on the Executive Committee representing the Abstracters and Title Insurance Agents Section shall be selected by the Chair of the Abstracters and Title Insurance Agents Section. The President shall act as Chair of the Executive Committee.
