Title insurance has proven to be a stable segment of the larger and famously cyclical real estate and finance sectors. In New York State, title insurance agencies are typically local, small businesses with strong ties to their community.

The Career Development Committee was formed to raise awareness of the many career opportunities in title insurance. The Committee sends speakers to job fairs and career days to ensure a stream of new workers for the coming years.
