The New York Insurance Law undergirds the rules and regulations by which title insurance providers operate and provide their product and service.  It is the foundation of important regulations concerning relationship and fee disclosures, pricing, and market conduct. 

This course will provide title insurance provider licensees and personnel important Insurance Law statutory background and regulator interpretation of that statutory authority that will clarify and contextualize the laws and regulations which govern title insurance providers and the provision of title insurance.
