Participants will review core DEI concepts, business impacts, and major U.S. Supreme Court decisions and 2025 Executive Orders affecting DEI practices.
It will also cover federal, New York State, and New York City fair housing laws, recent legislative updates, and enforcement trends with guidance on compliant DEI practices and the distinction between DEI and multicultural marketing in promoting fair and accessible housing.
