Since the regulation became effective on October 18, 2017, under the authority of the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS), it has reshaped operational, disclosure, and fiduciary standards within the title insurance industry.
This course is necessary to ensure that industry professionals understand not only the letter of the regulation, but also its practical application in day-to-day transactions.
