This program uses real-world inspired film and television clips to examine ethical decision-making, risk assessment, and professional responsibility in real estate transactions. 

The course emphasizes the intersection of legal ethics, transactional responsibility, and title insurance underwriting standards under New York law.

It promotes heightened awareness of professional obligations, encourages ethical risk management, and provides practical strategies to protect clients and the public while maintaining compliance with New York legal and insurance standards.
