Title Insurance Rates in New York

In this two-hour course, we will review each major subject area covered in the TIRSA manual, and will also touch upon rate deviations and independent filings which are distinct from the TIRSA rules.  We will review how to correctly calculate title premium rates for virtually every type of transaction provided for in the TIRSA manual.  We will also review the basic concepts and information necessary in order to correctly calculate a rate, or to analyze whether a lower rate is available. 


 

Upon completion of this webinar, licensed title agents may receive 2 CE credits; attorneys may receive 2 CLE credits in the area of professional practice.

  

 

 

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) for Attorneys

The NYSLTA is an accredited provider of continuing legal education in New York State. We offer CLE classes with special attention to title insurance issues.
