The Government Regulations Committee provides Members with informed support about title agent licensing and compliance with the Insurance Law and DFS regulations.


This committee is the primary point of contact between title agents and the Department of Financial Services, facilitating better understanding of the singular characteristics of title insurance.


The Government Regulations Committee creates guidelines, forms and other documents which translate government requirements into practical advice for the private sector.
