Paul Bugoni, VP/Agency Underwriting Counsel & Agency Services Representative - Stewart Title Insurance Company
Paul Bugoni is currently a Vice President/Agency Underwriting Counsel and Agency Services Representative at Stewart Title Insurance Company. Paul joined Stewart in 1998 as claims counsel. Prior to joining Stewart, Paul was in private practice at various law firms focusing on real estate transactional work and real estate litigation primarily representing lenders. He is a frequent CLE presenter. He is also a Past President of the New York State Land Title Association.
Bill Burding, EVP & General Counsel - Orange Coast Title
William Burding Jr. joined Orange Coast Title Company and its Family of Companies in 1998 and serves as its executive vice president and general counsel. In addition to his legal responsibilities, he is a member of the company's Executive Committee and oversees its Nevada companies in Las Vegas and Reno, which are among the state's largest providers of title related services. From 1993 to 1998 he was the chief operating officer and general counsel for National Title, an underwritten title company in Denver specializing in large multi-state commercial transactions.
William is a member of the American Land Title Association's Board of Governors. He serves on the association's Abstracters and Title Insurance Agents Section Executive Committee and is chair of the Title Industry Political Action Committee. He's also active in numerous state land title associations, including the California Land Title Association-where he was awarded the 2010 President's Award for outstanding contribution to the California title insurance industry.
Charles C. Cain, EVP Agency - WFG National Title Insurance Company
Chuck Cain has been in the Title Insurance industry since 1977. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky, several Federal District courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
A native Cincinnatian, he has been a licensed title insurance agent for over 30 years, was an owner-operator of title agencies for 18 years and corporate officer with LandAmerica for over 10 years. He joined WFG as SVP in the Agency Division in August of 2010. He has spoken before many state land title associations, state and local bar associations, ALTA, NAR, RESPRO, the National Settlement Services Summit, The Realty Alliance, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and numerous other groups and classes on the topics of title insurance and compliance.
Vincent G. Danzi, Senior Vice President & Senior Counsel - First Nationwide Title Agency, LLC

Vincent G. Danzi is Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at First Nationwide Title Agency, LLC. Prior to joining First Nationwide, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of a newly-formed title insurance underwriter from initial application through actual operation. Prior to that, for nearly a decade, Mr. Danzi was General Counsel of a large title insurance and settlement services agency headquartered on Long Island, with direct, local title and settlement operations that grew nationwide during his tenure. He is a frequent speaker and contributor to various legal and title-related organizations and periodicals. He is an Officer of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Academy of Law, a member of the editorial advisory board for The Legal Description, and produces continuing legal education materials for local bar associations, as well.
Ruth A. Dilingham, Special Counsel - First American Title Insurance Company
Ruth Dillingham works with lenders and title agents on issues relating to lending, compliance, or conveyancing practices. Prior to joining First American Title she was in private practice in the Boston, MA area for 20 years. She is a frequent speaker for both attorney/agents and lenders.
Ms. Dillingham is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College (1975, cum laude) and Boston University School of Law (1978). She is a member and past president (2008-2010) of the Abstract Club, member and past president (1996) of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, member and past president of the New England Land Title Association (2008), and a member and past chair (2003) of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association where she currently is the compliance committee co-chair.
Douglas Duncan, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist - Fannie Mae
Douglas G. Duncan is responsible for providing all forecasts and analyses on the economy, housing, and mortgage markets for Fannie Mae. Duncan also oversees corporate strategy and is responsible for strategic research regarding external factors and their potential impact on the company and the housing industry.
Named one of Bloomberg / BusinessWeek's 50 Most Powerful People in Real Estate and one of Inman News' 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders for 2013, Duncan is Fannie Mae's source for information and analyses on the external business and economic environment, the implications of changes in
economic environment to the company's strategy and execution, and forecasting for housing activity, demographics, overall economic activity, and mortgage market activity.
Penny Reed, Vice President Settlement Services - Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
Penny Reed is a 28-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Reed has been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years in various positions including underwriting, credit risk management, capital markets and agency relations. Penny is currently responsible for leading the business architecture activities of the Strategic Partner Management Group, which include vendor management, settlement services joint venture oversight, as well as strategic vendor opportunity identification and assessment for Wells Fargo business units.
