Additional Information for Sponsors & Exhibitors
As we all know, the COVID-19 pandemic caused us to postpone our event scheduled in New York City on May 18, 2020. We intend to honor our commitments to all our supporters and we will hold this live event in 2021.
We are hosting a live virtual event on February 4, 2021 and your participation is included at no additional cost.
BASICS
The event will run from 9 AM- 1:00 PM on February 4, 2021. Virtual doors open at 8:30 am. Sponsors and Exhibitors should log-in to the event no later than 8:15 am to claim your booth.
The attendees are title insurance professionals, real property attorneys, and lenders. The agenda includes 30-minute segments on remote notarization and Blockchain, plus a CEO Fireside chat and a live presentation that awards 1 NYS credit for CE or CLE in the area of professional practice.
Exhibitors will have a virtual exhibit booth that can accommodate one representative from your company and up to five attendees at one time. The program will have multiple breaks for attendees to visit the exhibitor booths.
Checklist from BoweDigital/REMO
- Our virtual event will use the REMO meeting platform.
- All attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to have on their camera and microphone for this event. You will be able to interact at your table with attendees this way.
- You can test your camera and microphone with the REMO system anytime by clicking here.
- To share your screen at your table, you will simply click on the "share screen" button at the bottom of the screen and then share with your group. We strongly encourage you to turn on your "share screen" at the beginning of the event and keep it on for the duration of the event.
- Attendees will only be able to browse your tables during our breaks. During the main sessions, all attendees and exhibitors will see the main presenter screen.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW NOW

- Every exhibitor and sponsor should designate one person from your company to staff your virtual exhibitor booth.
- Please send the following information for your booth attendant to sreardon@wltic.com by January 6, 2021: Name, Company, Email, Address, City, State, ZIP and Phone
- You will receive a link to create your password to access the event prior to February 4th. After you register, you will receive information on how to add videos, promotional downloads and branding to your virtual booth.
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the Virtual Title Tech Expo, you will need an Internet connected computer with camera, microphone and speaker.
It is important that you perform a system check on the laptop or desktop computer you will be using the day of the event. Google Chrome is the preferred web browser.
There is no call-in number/option for audio for this event. It will all be handled through your web browser.
